I can smell that Rosemary in that Georgia heat.
Recipe: wash and cut red potatoes in bit-size pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, a little salt and pepper and lots of lovely Rosemary and bake in the oven for - what, 30 minutes? - at what - 350F, I think . . . ? Fabulous with an Arugula salad!
